Traveling Container Hotel

Conceptualized by Hong Kong based OVA Studio, the "hive-inn" is a hotel built of shipping containers, that easy allows for containers to travel in and out of it. The multi-use containers can be shipped around the world, and the hive is designed to accommodate growth in correlation with demand, with a focus on sustainability. FULL ARTICLE HERE.

The Infinite Bamboo Forest

Prism Design, a Chinese studio, has created an infinity passage way using reflective coating and LEDs. The forest is permanently installed in the Daiwa House in Wuxi, China, and gives visitors the feeling wandering through a never ending forest of illuminated bamboo stalks. FULL ARTICLE HERE.

For his latest video, Jamie xx has collaborated with artist and poet Sophia Mattioli, mixing gorgeous footage of Mattioli dancing with several members of the Manchester Deaf Centre.
